The Corsican Cap is a mountain in the sea which was called by the Romans 'the sacred headland'. Its strategic position at the crossroads of maritime routes made it a highly coveted land, as evidenced by the numerous Genoese towers erected along the two very contrasting coasts.
This unique peninsula has managed to preserve its authenticity and uniqueness. It is nicknamed by the Corsicans themselves "the Island in the Island". Many endangered or endemic rare plants are present on the tip of Cap Corse where the fauna is also very protected.

The village of Farinole is located 10km from the picturesque seaside resort of Saint Florent, a departure point for the discovery of the ‘Agriates’,a protected coastline with fine sandy beaches ‘Lodu’, ‘Saleccia’ and ‘Màlfalcu’.
Many activities of land and sea are possible as well as entertainments including local festivals, traditional Corsican polyphonic music and dancing.

The story of a family of enthusiasts
"Maguy and Dominique" It all started in 1999
Our tourist residence project was born in 1999, in the authentic Village of Farinole, located at the entrance to Cap Corse, between Saint-Florent and Nonza, cradle of the Fratacci family.
Driven by a desire to work and live in my childhood village, it was accompanied by my wife that I wanted to undertake this great adventure! A dream that took shape by combining our respective professions and the creation of a tourist residence on a family plot of one hectare. Nestled in the sea and in the mountains, the U San Daniellu residence has grown and transformed over time in a continuous spirit of quality hospitality.
A turning point was taken in October 2022, with the classification of the establishment as a 4-star tourist hotel. Our ambition is to welcome our customers in a peaceful and authentic setting, on a human scale. The Hotel now has four villas and four warm and comfortable rooms around a friendly and family atmosphere.
Accompanied by our daughter Laura, this great adventure will continue at the heart of future projects, with the constant concern to tend towards the modernization of the establishment and the preservation of its family spirit.

We loved the food - breakfast was one of the best ever and our requested plate of chacuterie gave us enough for both dinner and lunch the next day. Dominic was so welcoming and provided us with good information as to where to eat and what to do. Our villa was lovely - the kitchen was well stocked, the patio was a great place to eat and we loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves on the beach. The entire property is beautiful - we loved the pool and the peaceful atmosphere.
