Booking conditions:

Rent from sunday to sunday

Price from 780€ to 1850€ a week according to the périod. Additionel charg for the housse : 75€

DEPOSIT:

a booking will be effective only after the reception of a credit transfer.

40% for a booking 6 months before the rent
60% for a booking less than 6 months before the rent
In case of cancelation, the deposits won’t be paid back

ADVANCE DEPOSIT OF A GUARANTY:

30% of the total price of the stay, restituted at the end after the inventory of fixtures.

Location à la journée ou à la demi journée.
